Wizkid has just launched his pop up shop in New York, called Starboy pop-up shop and it resides in the Reign fashion store on Washington street, New York.
The launch of the Starboy pop-up shop in New York will kick off the activation of Wizkid’s clothing line for millennials and there may be more than one in the city.
The Starboy pop-up paraded some of the fashion wears from Wizkid’s line including hooded and graphic T-shirts with the line, Made In Lagos, which is also the name for the singer’s upcoming album.
The 28-year-old international music star took to Twitter in the early hours of Tuesday, August 7 to announce the release date for his new project, Made In Lagos and it is all joy to see it come to life now.
Wizkid has been hinting at his clothing line since May when he released the first set of merchandise with captions like ‘Ojuelegba’, Made in Lagos, Starboy, among others.
Pop-up retail, also known as pop-up store or flash retailing, is a trend of opening short-term sales spaces. The Pop-up retail is the temporary use of physical space to create a long term, lasting impression with potential customers.
