71 YEAR OLD GRANNY SHOWS THEM HOW ITS DONE TO STAY FIT.

Bai Jinqin, A 71 year old granny who hits the gym 6 days in a week says, ‘People seem never to know how important health is until they lose it.’

Bai who shared her story with CCTV news said she experienced some medical ordeals that motivated her to start her body-fitness exercises. It has been 11 years since she started going to the gym after her recovery from several very serious diseases.

She says she engages in different fitness courses which includes yoga, strength training and pilates. ‘No wonder her body looks so amazing @ 71′.

Bai is 71 years old and have you seen her hair? Well groomed! I must say.

Half the women her age don’t have her Glow, let alone having the kind of energy she possesses. She describes physical training as ‘ green opium’ and she says, ‘once you begin, you’ll never stop halfway.’

Bai used to work in the Financial sector in North China’s Tianjin Municipality.
